I’ve been coming to this shop for a while now, and I keep coming back for one simple reason: I trust
them. As a single mom, it can be hard to find a mechanic who doesn’t try to take advantage or upsell things I don’t need. That’s never been the case here.
Farid has always been the one to communicate with me through the process, and he’s excellent at it. He clearly explains what’s going on with my car, what’s most urgent, what can wait, and exactly how much things will cost. No surprises, no pressure—just honest information and fair prices.
Recently, my coolant light came on and my AC stopped blowing cold (which is a nightmare in Texas heat). They not only diagnosed the problem quickly but also showed me what was wrong, not just told me. Everything was fixed efficiently, and I was kept in the loop every step of the way with quotes and timelines.
