I have had a Service Adviser, William Crabtree, for the many years that I have been bringing my 2012 Veloster for service. He is always professional and very comforting through the waiting process with constant updates, offering coffee or water and shows that he really cares. Also, it is always a welcome surprise to get my car back after the complimentary car wash. It is a very nice touch!

I brought in my car for regular service, I had some service items like AC check and State Inspection that they were not able to complete due to their machines down, but they were able to do regular service in time and Willaim Crabtree was very helpful as always.
