"Thier great customer service and excellent workmanship."
I had some major issues with my vehicle. Tim, the Sevice Mgr, Will, Sevice Advisor, and JR the mechanic worked not only with mebut also Hyundai and solved my problems quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate thier detication and I will definitly return.

"Pleasantly surprised"
I went into the dealership and was do for a 15000 mile checkup.
I told the service rep that I didn't have enough money for the entire service. He took the time to review what was under warranty and what he can get for me that was on sale and was able to complete my 15000 mile check up. I have never been here for service and have them try to add things that I did not ask for

"William Crabtree's efficiencies made this Sterling visit the best yet."
William Crabtree really made my experience an enjoyable one. I did not feel like he was too busy to talk to me ( like some other service reps) and even showed me where to sit and wait. Was a short time. He even found things I did not bring up, i.e.a battery which needed replaced -- in warantee. Would appreciate it if you would make him my default service tech rep.

"Big change"
Although I had bought 3 cars from Sterling McCall I had avoided the service department after a bad experience. I am glad I decided to give them another chance. It is clear the department is under new management and the customer service and quality of work is now excellent.
