Went by Sammy's and he did it same day for $80 AND when I asked about an oil change, Sammy educated me on what the correct type of oil was, why to use it, and the difference it would make in my car!

Truck Techs, In My View The Best In The Business. My Experience With Them…
Truck Techs is the ONLY place I allow to work on my diesel. I drive an hour to their location for
an oil change rather than one of the convenient locations. Why? Because truck tech goes over my truck to ensure nothing stands out that might cause me trouble down the road. And, I know they will ensure the correct fluids, filters, chassis lubricants, etc are performed. I’m selective when it comes to doctors and veterinarians, same goes for my financial investments and hard assets like my diesel truck. A couple of years ago I was faced with the need to replace my Ford diesel engine. Truck Tech was recommended to me by a trusted friend and former auto repair shop owner. What I observed from personal experience with Truck Tech is that they are thorough, and they do not take shortcuts. They (Fernando) was upfront with the costs/expectations, the process, and kept me in the loop through out, including tours of the shop while my truck was dismantled. I’m confident every nut, bolt, cable, hose, label was installed to factory specifications, only better because of the focus and lessons learned on these machines over the years. I raised the hood for the first time upon completion of the work, and one could not tell anything was ever dismantled, only as I learned it was better than original. The truck runs better and stronger than ever, including since I had the truck brand new. I have now put over 16,000 miles on the factory engine/rebuild replacement performed by Truck Tech at the time of this review, and I could not be happier with the investment made to have Truck Tech replace the engine. If you have owned and had serviced a diesel engine over the years as I have. You know how much more important it is that the technician working on a diesel is professionally trained, experienced, and good at what they do. I once had injectors replaced at another shop that was done incorrectly and the result was a damaged engine. The point is something as fundamental to a diesel as service to injectors or an injector pump can easily be done wrong that may not show up immediately but is damaging and performance impacting. Ergo, I don’t even trust my oil and filter or fuel filters to be changed anywhere else. Incorrect fluids, incorrect torque of a filter, cross threading a bolt, it’s easy to make a mistake. You too can have peace of mind, take you truck asset to Truck Tech, they are the very best in the metroplex outside of the dealerships. And I’d even say better than the dealership. After all they all spent years previously working at the dealerships and have been certified to work on the intrinsic nature of diesel engines, which is essential to ensure the work is performed correctly. They do all major and minor work, rest assured it will be done right the first time.

10/10 experience. Went in with alignment issues and having no A/C after a few hours later the car was
done and was told the problems causing it and left with no issues. Cant find the right shop to work on your car look no further stop over at ACE ASAP and experience the best. The team over at ACE always does a great job and make sure that you leave with no problems.

went they my car with a fine tooth comb and found several things my normal mechanic missed. Like a fan motor was disconnected ??♀️. Tony’s will be my go to shop from now on. Excellent service . Thank you soo much Jessie for doing such a great job !!

Longer response)- I was told by the dealership that my wife's 2017 Yukon needed a new a/c condenser and that it was gonna cost me my firstborn. Although I pondered the amount of time and money it would save me to give up my child, I decided to call around to get an idea on this “GMC certified” deal that had just been offered. Most of the big-name shops wanted big-time money and I was beginning to think that I was gonna have to either tough it out with no a/c or accept the deal. But I had a moment of clarity and called a highly reviewed business (on Yelp) in DFW and one closer to Midlothian. Rick’s was the latter and ultimately the best with not only the best pricing but also the fastest turnaround time and warranty! Now my wife is happily driving around with a functioning a/c. Plus with all of that money we saved, we now get to spend it on our kid's activities instead! Happy Days!
