When I arrived, Vito came out personally to drive my car and make a quick assessment and give me real timelines. That's how I knew I was in the right place. When the car was diagnosed, Stewart gave me details that I could research on my own. He was giving me words that I did not know but wanted me to have the information. When I was hit with the price tag, I was not pressured to agree immediately. They gave me time to research and make an informed decision.
