My car needed to be towed and the place I typically go to said a few days before even looking at it.
Coastal was understanding and had me get it towed there, they started looking at it in efficient and great time. I received calls and texts with updates on what the issues were, pricing and asked if I would like to proceed. They were very communicative, very nice, and reasonable through the whole process. Will definitely be using them again if needed.
