Long story short, our GLS was having some issues that no one could figure out, MBOKC and a couple oth
er transmission shops. Mike said he would give it a shot. At first, as with any issue that we were having, he couldn’t replicate the problem. He asked my wife to come drive it around for a bit to see if she could get the problem to happen again and it did. She drove back up to the shop, Mike got behind the wheel and boom, he felt everything that we were talking about. Mike dug into it with his hair on fire and the next day with fingers crossed and research done, he called with a possible explanation and he did what he had researched to the GLS. It fixed the issue!! I’m sure glad he was willing to take a shot on figuring it out, he won! Mike is passionate about what he does and his 40 plus years of experience paid off for us!
