We were coming home from vacation when our 2023 Tucson check engine light came on and it started shak
ing and lost power. (We are from Minnesota and it happened on a Saturday at 2:30)
They service team bent over backwards to get our car fixed and back on road by 5:00
They had to replace a fuel injector.

Zeid provided great customer service while in process of buying car.
We were in parking lot of Hyundai trying to find a body shop (didn't know Hyundai Mesquite didn't hav
e one). Armando came out and asked problem and when found out, said he would try to find us some numbers for body shops.
In the mean time we decided to look at vehicles because we had considered trading both cars in for one anyway.
Zeid was so patient and helpful. We ended up finding a car we liked. Zeid was very good at helping us navigate some the challenges we had since we were not prepared to buy a care.
Called for an appointment and got in pretty quickly. I told Daniel my driver's side A/C wasn't blowin
g cold. He knew exactly what it was. Dropped it off in the morning and it was fixed before closing! These guys are good, they know cars and they care! Highly recommend Integrity Automotive! We have all 3 of our cars serviced there!
