I’ve known Kris at Bay City automotive for years. We go back to childhood days. I took my car in for
front breaks with my 1 year old and he had the parts there at the shop ready to be installed. Took a couple hours and noticed I needed more maintenance than I expected. Sure enough I got other parts on order and another scheduled maintenance at his shop. I Highly recommend taking your car to him and driving your vehicle knowing it’s safe with new parts.

e end of the day he replaced the alternator, changed the oil, topped off all fluids, and my son was on the road again. Sergio is honest, knowledgeable, and knows you need to get back on the road. We trust him with all our out of warranty cars, can’t recommend him highly enough!

Ken saved the day again. Got us in with very short notice and replaced my windshield wiper fluid hose
(something you don't appreciate until it's gone!).
Hyundai Fremont was great...however rest of Hyundai provided terrible service
Hyundai Fremont was great. Nick took care of the paint issue very efficiently once I went to Fremont.
The rest of Hyundai including Hyundai America call center and the case manager (Pamela) assigned and her supervisor was horrendous. San Leandro Hyundai also never followed through after they took the pictures...never submitted it to Hyundai. Stevens Creek Hyundai would also not help. This case took 3+ months to resolve because of complete incompetence elsewhere in the organization. I should've gone to Fremont Hyundai to begin with.
