or services. Instead, he thoroughly documented the necessary repairs, providing detailed explanations. After previous negative experiences with repair shops, his honesty and clarity were refreshing. He not only identified the problems but also helped me grasp why they were occurring so I may try to recover wasted funds at the other repair shop which I knew was not being honest.
