Another plus is they will inform you on any preventative maintenance that can be done simultaneously while performing scheduled work which will save you big time money in the long run. I have spoke with mechanics in the past that didn't specialize in Euro cars that told me straight up they hated working on my car (2008 BMW X5 4.8i) and you could tell from the quality of their work. You will not find that attitude or workmanship here. These guys know what they're doing and seem to actually take pride in their work. After having them change every single fluid (minus brake fluid), my Q7 was returned feeling like a brand new car, couldn't be happier with results.

I am modifying my review on the previous rating. The situation I had was addressed. When I visit the
facility I find the staff to be friendly and helpful.
There have been many times when they have provided me with a meal, which is unheard of at other shops. I understand the business has been in operation for decades and is continuing to operate under the same family.
There was a misunderstanding between myself and the shop. I would recommend this unique family oriented business.
