Austin Ellerbe runs a tight ship. He finds high-quality GM vehicles at auction and sells them at fair prices. If they aren’t reliable, he doesn’t buy them — simple as that.
He’s also super transparent and blunt (in a good way) — no games, no gimmicks, that kind of honesty is rare in the used car world and really refreshing.
What really blew me away? When we were shopping for a family SUV for my wife, Austin actually referred us to a colleague’s dealership in Apex because they had something better suited.
Who does that? A used car dealer recommending another dealer? That says a lot about the kind of business he runs.
Also had him mount and balance new tires for my truck — rides like butter now. Smooth as can be.
If you’re in the market, skip the big-name lots and go see Austin. You won’t regret it.
