I think this is like the third or fourth time I’ve been in for an oil change and I get nothing but qu
ick precise service. I love sitting in the lobby waiting for my car and listening to how the owner interacts with other customers whether it’s in person or on the phone. That type of stuff is important to me and I pay attention to it. I also pay attention to how he reacts after hanging up the phone. Facial expressions stuff like that. The owner of this shop is just so nice and patient and just is so honest to everyone in everything that he says to customers.. i’ve seen customer service before in person when an owner or a worker hangs up the phone and they just show signs of frustration or what not, but I never see that with Chris. I know it sounds silly but I do pay attention to little things like that. I watch how all the guys there interact with customers when they’re talking to them and it’s nothing but stellar service every damn time. The work is good and very affordable. I just can’t see going anywhere else. Granted I haven’t had any major work done to my car yet thankfully but when I talk about things that are going on with my car they’re very responsive and suggest options and opinions which is important to me. It’s just an overall great place. An angel is a very sweet guy

I simply can’t say enough about the consistently excellent service that E.R.M. provides. They have se
rviced my cars for the last 23 years and will continue to be my mechanic of choice for as long as I continue to drive. In fact, I’ll pass on the 3 years of free oil changes and state inspections for my new car at the dealership where I bought it. I’ll take it to E.R.M. instead.
