Spoke with Mr. Matt before bringing vehicle in. Had initial diagnosis at dealership and wanted second
opinion. He wanted to scan and drive the vehicle before ordering parts based off of dealerships recommendations. He found no issues with the vehicle, and did NOT charge me for his time. Incredible customer service. Will be bringing both of our vehicles to TVE, instead of dealership.
