Tom is simply the best. I apparently found a large nail on the I-66 exit ramp in Gainesville, crawled
at a snail’s pace off the ramp and managed to get the replacement donut onto my vehicle. I called Tom immediately afterwards, and he said bring it on into his shop. He addressed what became a complex issue (lug nut removal) and got me back on the road.
