Throughout the entire process- from initial contact to picking up the car, he was very communicative and responsive. So much so that it was hard to believe I was dealing with an automobile service shop. Additionally the entire interaction with Monument was all done virtually.

I’ve always depended on Hodgson’s to keep my RAV 4 running smoothly. However, when an encounter with
my garage removed the entire front panel, (the “bumper”) sending it under my car and making it un-reusable, I was unsure how much they could help. Well, not only did they order and install a new bumper, with its myriad of connective parts (22 in all), they arranged for the painting of all—including a gash on the passenger side of the car. They had explained to me everything they were doing, and the ultimate cost was very close to the preliminary estimate. No extra body shop trip is needed. I feel they really went out of their way to keep a regular customer
happy and am very grateful.
