We had a GREAT Service experience. Daniel was Awesome!! We had an appointment on Monday morning @9am.
& had our car by 5:30 same day..I Will be honest and say I do not like taking my cars to dealership because of High cost, but needed to in this case. Our Service advisor..Daniel Chavez called my wife and I at least 3 times with updates/options.He was extremely patient & helpful.If need to, I will come back??

I've had some auto shops overcharge me for simple things like oil changes and for more technical issues like spark plug replacements. Elite would never do anything like this.
