My first experience with Sales Manager Tobias was unprofessional and unscrupulous. I told them I was
looking for the Genesis SUV. They called me to come in, (I live 25 miles away) saying they had a surprise for me and when I arrived it was a car not a SUV. They told me that it would be months before they would get the SUV so I settled for a car and found out 1 week later that they had gotten SUVs in. He lied each time I called to ask about the SUV. I learned that the finance deal for the car was far more than what I should have been paying. My credit score was 884 and they financed it for 4.9%.
I then was told by a coworker that I should reach out to the general Manager Perry about my experience and he and Salesman Craig were very apologetic about what I had gone through and they were able to get me into a Beautiful GV70 in a less than a week's time.
