Kaleb is really cool. He gives me honest diagnosis and does not try to sell me anything. He calls wit
h updates and works on my cars quick. My van's stearing went out and dropped it off over the weekend. Even though he was busy he still got my van in and out intime for my wedding anniversary road trip. Even though his shop is only open M-F and close before I get off and when I do take my cars in it effects my 100 mile a day commute taking it to him is worth it. I know he will take good car of my cars and get them out quickly. He is friendly and is always willing to work with me. He also has good prices and services alot of different issues.

Had a tow truck drop my car there after hours when my breaks seized up. They looked at it first thing
the next morning- I thought I was going to need a new break caliper. But they only had to replace a couple bolts. They didn’t even charge me. Wonderful service. Great staff.

The Seattle/University Audi facility is clean and inviting so I stopped in unannounced to look at new
