Watched an employee patiently help another customer who had a portable gas can that wouldn't open, he took his time and told me he was sorry he was taking so long but he would help me as soon as he finished. Family owned with that touch of pride in their work that you just don't see everywhere anymore.

I've had so many bad experiences with other shops that I lost all trust. I became a pain in the a$$.
Show me everything, I want pictures before and after, I need to see any parts taken out. I was right there watching. A friend recommended Dr Auto and I took a chance. I'm so glad I did. They never lost their patience with me. Always answer my questions. Do a full comprehensive exam. They don't push to have me fix everything at once. Money doesn't grow on trees. And I've never had a problem once I drive it home. I have a team of mechanics that I trust. I know they're names and they know mine. I've been going there for a few years now and I'm not going anywhere else. My husband doesn't take his truck to the dealer anymore. He goes to Dr Auto.
