I brought the car in, was explained what they thought it might be, and within a few minutes they had the hood up and were to show me exactly what the problem was. Very thorough explanation and the car was fixed in the same day. Also very quick with small jobs like oil changes and car inspections. I highly recommend!

I had an issue with my transmission late Friday afternoon. The issue was diagnosed and the necessary
part was ordered same day. The part was received Monday, repaired Tuesday morning. It could have been repaired Monday but Tuesday worked better for my schedule. Very pleased with the service Auto Craft provides.
