problem solved
I went to the Hyundai dealership in Danvers on three separate occasions covering over 30,000 miles complaining about my transmission slipping at low speeds. I was told there were no computer error messages so the problem must be me and i must be driving with two feet .I changed dealerships and went to Pride where they diagnosed my problem and repaired my vehicle.After three years of complaining finally my 2012 Genesis is running smooth as silk which is what you would expect from a top of the line vehicle.

I’ve worked with Doug before and I called him up told him what needed and he worked to get me the vehicles I needed. He was attentive to what I was looking for and my budget. Never once pushed for a more expensive purchase and actually suggested a more affordable option . Stress free car buying is always a good thing !

I did not have an appointment the light for my tire went on so I brought it in they were very helpful in assisting me as it turned out I had to get a new tire. I appreciate the fact that I can just drive in in case of emergency. I have been with Pride for 15 years and would not go anywhere else.
