I had just recently bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata out of Fort Myers Florida. I had only had the car le
ss than a month and the engine failed as I was pulling off the highway. I just moved to Northern Kentucky and did not have a clue what dealership to bring my car too. After realizing that there was a recall issue out, I started calling all the Hyundai dealerships in my area. Everyone was booked out for three months on just a diagnostic. If you have had an engine recall, you will know that’s just the first step of getting the whole process started. After calling around I stumbled upon Jeff Wyler superior. They were the only dealership not booked out for months on end. I spoke to the service department and I was in shock when they told me I could drop off my car that day, as every other dealership gave me a three month wait. The vehicle I have is the only one I have to get around. Waiting three months was not in the cards. Everyone in the service department was exceptional and answered any questions I had. I called more times than I can count and they always reassured me of the process. I’ve never dealt with an issue like this and they were always friendly and explained the process step by step. My experience here was beyond exceptional. Will, in the service department is the reason I’ll be coming back for service and sending my friends/colleagues to Jeff Wyler Superior Hyundai as he did an amazing job at explaining everything. I’m extremely thankful for everyone in the service department and the job they did, no words of thank you could ever be good enough for my time in need. Everyone was exceptionally welcoming.
This company is most known for its towing services. The hidden fact is that they provide excellent an
d competitively priced service, both routine and repair. If you own an older vehicle and wish to keep it a few more years, this is the place to take it. Dealers are too expensive and mom-pops aren’t always there when you need them. This place has staff that is always available when you need them and won’t schedule you a month down the road. This is pretty much all they do-FIX THINGS. You won’t be disappointed. I’ve been going since they opened and have never been discontented with parts or services. They use quality material and provide excellent service. They routinely spot potential problems and are not pushy or condescending when recommending a repair. Actual price paid often comes in under their quotes for repair. Highly recommended!
