is the core of his business. If its under Manufactures warranty- he tells you to take it to the dealer. He will talk/ call you before doing any job and will explain to you what needs to be done and the cost. I have moved to Delaware 5 yrs ago. I can not find an automotive shop that doesn't take your money. I brought my 2005 truck to Joe because Delaware wanted $1k to LOOK at my A/C. Joe diagnosis was $459. My Engine light was on - it was a stupid 21 year old worn gas cap. I let him do my oil change. I can never be more happier with a service that is proffesional

If your in the market to purchase a Hyundai don't go anywhere else. I went to another Hyundai dealer
in Brooklyn first - it was a horrible experience; they were nasty and dishonest. The next day I called Hyundai City and spoke with Raz. What an amazing car buying experience. Less than a week later I was driving my new car. The staff at Hyundai City is the absolute best there is. I worked with Raz (sales) and Rohan (finance) they were both extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. At Hyundai City of Bay Ridge they truly do treat you like family. Raz even came in on his day off to be there when I picked up my car.
Two months later when it was time to get a car for my son my first and only stop was Hyundai City!
