The service team at Suffolk Alignment is great! I was there to get my front-end alignment completed o
n my 2008 Ford Taurus X when I was shown the front tire rods were in need of replacement. While I was told that I could wait and get the replacement done at a later time, it would be in my best interest to get it addressed now and avoid any further trouble. While this did add to the cost that I was originally quoted it was worth the extra money knowing that I was getting the problem addressed and corrected. I appreciate the honesty that the team showed me. It speaks to the high level of integrity that they have towards their clients.
