Road Trip gone wrong made right by Harry and George
My family and I were driving back home to Boston from a road trip to DC and Philadelphia when we star
ted hearing a screeching noise. My wife quickly found the nearest repair shop and boy were we lucky it was GT Automotive. I explained to George and a lady we were on our way back home to Boston with twin boys but had this loud noise. Harry quickly tested the car, validated the issue, and identified the problem. The culprit ended up being a wedged stone between the front brake rotor and the backing plate. Within a short period of time we were back on the road headed home. Not only did we get quick coffee next door but these guys refused to charge us! GT Automotive work with integrity and if I lived anywhere near these guys, they’d get all my business. Greg and his mechanics are straight shooters, personable and honest. They're meticulous and they do
not rush their work. They get it done RIGHT! They gave me an honest assessment of my 32 Ford and went to work in such a way that I knew they would not miss a thing. Their work was complete and done with the kind of professional passion I'd want as if my car was the only car they were working on. To say that I am pleased with their work is a huge understatement. I don't think I would trust my classic car to anyone else but Greg.
