ost of all the respect they all give this grandma and her older car. My landlord recommended them when I moved to U City. He said his widowed mom loved them and I would too. He was right. And I can honestly tell you I was one of four women in their spacious waiting area this morning. I hadn’t even finished my coffee before my car was ready.
Also I just want to add… I keep asking them if I need new tires. So far the answer is always “not yet.” How about that!

I experienced fast, friendly, moderately priced service. My lifted f350 wouldn’t start. I had it towe
d to the dealership where it sat for 4 weeks. Full throttle got my truck in out and back on the road.It will be my first stop for any future issues for all of my diesel trucks.

On October 28 I visited your dealership to look at a Tucson hybrid and was appt by Matt Steward. I to
ld him up front that that I be was only gathering information as there were many factors that would have to fall in place before I could make a purchase. He was very patient, brought up a Tucson for me to look at. I decided it was not for me and decided on a Santa Fe. I told Matt I would get back to him and left. I received a follow up phone call and he was not pushy just keeping in touch. On November 3 I called Matt and told him everything was I place and I would be in that afternoon. My wife and I had settled on a Santa Fe and wanted to look at a red one.Matt had to go get the vehicle. We liked the color and began the negotiations. There was some give and take and at no time did my wife or myself fee uncomfortable or pressured. We agreed on a price and then we met with Kelly, another pleasant experience. We went over options and again a relaxed and no pressure experience. My experience with the sales and finance department we excellent. I was pleased with Matt and Kelly and so far. Kelly went over everything on the contract and forms we signed and Matt took the time to
go over the vehicle impressing me and also e-mailed to thank me for the purchase and to make sure I knew that if I had any questions to come by. From beginning to end it was a pleasant experience and I will recommend both Matt and Kelly and Suntrup Hyundai .
