"Convenience "
Evening service hours makes it possible to get the oil changed and tire rotated after work. The service coupon are a big plus too. Times are tough and every little cost savings counts.

"Service ok sales office suck"
Been a year since I bought my Santa Fe. But still regret buying it at Suntrip because of Tommy boy the salesman and the credit mgr both told me to get the f out, but actually said it. They could not explain why they took a check AND charge my credit card for $5000.00. Did not deserve to be treated that way, when it was their mistake.

I will also let you know that Tommy is no longer employed at Suntrup and there has been some changes in the finance staff as well.

I brought my 2016 Elantra to service dept. I had dead battery twice, so after having AAA service, I drove right to Suntrup for help.

Andrew the service desk technician helped me immediately. He took my info, had battery inspected, determined it was defective, and had new one installed...all within one hour. Andrew was knowledgeable, courteous, kept me informed of situation. jAndrew is a true asset to your service dept. and I hope you recognize him as such.
