Great, but not timely, service
I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation, and was told that the service would likely take about or less than an hour.

I had an associate shuttle me to a nearby store, and was waiting for my service to be done. After two hours, I was finally contacted and told that my car was complete. I figured it wouldn't have taken 2 hours, especially for what I needed.

Service Done On My Car = Great! No complaints!
Timeliness = Could use some definite work.

Appreciate the attention paid in providing personalized service.
Appreciate the ease in comtacting a service manager and getting quick responses to questions. Their cordial professionalism and the time they take in connecting with costomers face to face after service is completed provides that personal touch that I so value. It is nice to have things explained as to what work was done and be given a chance to ask any possible questions before checking out. Customer Service is rare these days. Keep up the good work.
