I towed my Prius to them because it died on the road. They said they'd check it out as soon as they c
ould. Called me back a couple days later and said I had accidentally left the MAF sensor cable unplugged after cleaning it, so there was no repair needed. They didn't charge me anything despite having it on their lot a couple days and taking the time to plug the cable back in and take it for a test drive. Some shops might have seen this as an opportunity to fix something that wasn't broken and make a quick buck. They seem to be honest from my experience so far.

Driving a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that just hit 68K miles. Earlier this year, I went to them for a c
heck engine light, which indicated a thermostat issue. During the inspection they provide, they also indicated rear brakes were approaching end of life, as well as a blown shock. This inspection was helpful as it indicates “needs attention” vs urgent issues allowing you to work significant repairs into your budget. I made an appointment and had rear brakes and shocks replaced, as well as an oil change. Dropped vehicle off the night before, and it was ready around 12:30. Excellent communication from staff, and love the text sent detailing the inspection results, and also, repair costs, and photos. Prices are reasonable. Staff is consistently friendly and professional. Plus, you receive a text a couple days later asking if everything is ok. “ABSOLUTEly” recommend.

I've been using this place for a number of years as in 30 plus years. It's one of the few places that
I have found that doesn't jack up the price the minute I walk in as a female. Is a matter of fact they pride themselves in taking care of everyone especially single females and not trying to rip them off. They have been courteous professional and efficient every time I have gone to them. As a matter of fact now most of my family uses them as well because of how much I love them.
