s nice to have a detailed list of the condition of my car that was understandable and the future scheduled maintenance for it. They’re very nice and communicative. I had not had a good experience with another dealership, and my brother recommended them, and I am really grateful. If something serious were to come up with my car, I would feel comfortable with their diagnosis and work. Apparently whoever had worked on my car prior did not make proper connections for one of my tail lights, and they were able to diagnose and temporarily fix it until they can find the proper part. I’ve already referred a friend to them and I look forward to continuing service with them in the future.

Used Niehaus for the first time for a repair on our VW Tiguan. They were able to diagnose the problem

years now. He has hone above and beyond not only to advise me and help me with service of my BMW, but to make sure the treatment I received was impeccable. I have been a loyal customer of BMW for a very long time now and it is because of the service you receive there. Chris perfectly embodies this. He is very knowledgeable and has your best interest at heart. He has been so good with me over the years, that I even ask his advice regarding other cars(classic cars). I am planning to buy yet my 4th BMW, solely because of the service from Chris and his whole team. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. The service is beyond exceptional!!

Brought my truck here cause I had a ticking in my motor which got louder after a few months. Once he
stated my truck up he knew what the issue was within seconds. Very impressed. They ordered my parts and installed them right away and had my truck sounding like new again. For a garage just starting out I'm very impressed with how much knowledge and how friendly they are. Not to mention how quick they had my truck back to me. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs work done to their vehicles.

tober 2022. When my mother needed either a new transmission($5000+, or a new vehicle), in December 2022, their mechanic offered to take my mom car shopping. He could’ve said to put a new tranny in, but in his honesty, he offered to help her find a new vehicle instead. Talk about trust. I will forever be grateful to this shop and the character they provide to humans. If you’re wanting a genuine relationship with the people who you trust your vehicle and life to, these are the folks.
