With confidence, I trusted Brad, Ricky, Charles, and company to complete the 60K-mile service on my Lexus. The work was completed promptly, in a professional manner, and at a fair price. As always, I was greeted cordially and treated with respect. Mike’s has provided effective service for all three of my vehicles for several years. As a result of my consistently positive experiences, I recently recommended Mike’s to a co-worker who’s new to GSO — and I also recommend them to any readers of this review. I’ll be back again for routine maintenance and any forthcoming repair needs.

Inspection
I had an abnormal noise coming from the engine when I first started the vehicle. The mechanic inspected the engine and determined the timing chain will need to be replaced. They gave me an estimate and reviewed the charges with me. They did not charge me for services performed today and will proceed with the repairs. All was performed in a professional manner.
