I was having an issue with the hood of my VW bug securely latching. I called JB auto and got an appoi
ntment right away. I asked for an oil change and an inspection which determined an issue with the rear parking brake which needed to be fixed to pass inspection. It's great they send a video of the technician showing the underside of the car and why it needed to be fixed plus an informative video on the issue. It was an unexpected expensive repair but fairly priced done in record time. EVERYONE on the phone and in person there is super polite. Big thanks to my tech JACK!
