My car was taken in early in the morning for routine service including oil change. It was promised ea
rly afternoon, but was notified around 11 or so, possibly earlier, that the car was ready. More than happy with Nicks. When I ask questions about my car I am educated in a friendly and polite manner, and I learn something. I’ve been taking this car to Nicks several years, and will continue to do so.

Ford Bronco. I glad for the referral because I had a Great auto service experience. My 2003 BMW325i was diagnosed and repaired efficiently. I had not made an appointment but urgently needed the engine splash shield reattached because it was
hanging down. They were open to squeezing me in and were quick to start. It was somewhat of a short wait time and satisfactory end result.
