Have been taking my 2007 DTS here for about one year now. Most recent repair was to repair sagging en
gine mounts. Have had vehicle speed sensor replaced as well as battery, valve cover gaskets, oil filter adapter gasket and spark plugs just to name a few repairs. Everything was done to perfection. Will not consider taking my vehicle anywhere else for repair. Totally a top notch in every area.

Very impressed with level of service!
I rarely submit vendor reviews but am making an exception here. I came to Phoenix to pick up my wife
and the air conditioning unit went out. I was hoping to get it repaired so that she would not have to endure the heat on our 300 mile drive home. I went to a couple of other shops first but they couldn’t fit it in in such short notice. At Rory’s they were kind and responsive. Immediately went to work on it and discovered that the problem was a minor one. There just happened to have the replacement part on hand and I was out the door in a little over 30 minutes.

As always, Mark provided excellent service; I wanted to get my car in for an oil change before the ne
w year, and without fail, Mark fit me in. He ordered a new filter "just in case" my car needed one, and sure enough, it did, so it was taken care of that day! I know my car will be on the road for many more miles thanks to Mark! I am proud to call him my mechanic and would recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly, honest, and just down right nice guy.
