I had previously used Marks Auto to service my car and always received excellent car service along wi
th outstanding customer service! I went back to the dealership due to “friends”, however, I found their service was not working for me so, I left there and decided to go back to Mark’s, which I am so happy I did, and I’m sorry I ever left them for the dealership! (You live and learn, and sometimes the hard way)
Marks Auto staff is professional, helpful, honest, no pressure, and explains everything to you in detail, they have a great system to advise you of the service being done, answers all your questions and concerns with everything in writing; their customer service is outstanding, their mechanical expertise is excellent and so great. Mark’s Auto is great and the best place to have your car serviced! I’m so happy I’ve returned to them to service my car!
