s etc.. I decided on ARMS because of responses from Shawn & price. I am glad I chose this shop. From the beginning walking in & meeting Shawn I knew it was going to be a great experience. He checked me inn& then showed me around the facilities & introduced me to 2 mechanics. Great experience overall. I will be back when needed. Thanks to everyone there for their customer service.

Long story short, our GLS was having some issues that no one could figure out, MBOKC and a couple oth
er transmission shops. Mike said he would give it a shot. At first, as with any issue that we were having, he couldn’t replicate the problem. He asked my wife to come drive it around for a bit to see if she could get the problem to happen again and it did. She drove back up to the shop, Mike got behind the wheel and boom, he felt everything that we were talking about. Mike dug into it with his hair on fire and the next day with fingers crossed and research done, he called with a possible explanation and he did what he had researched to the GLS. It fixed the issue!! I’m sure glad he was willing to take a shot on figuring it out, he won! Mike is passionate about what he does and his 40 plus years of experience paid off for us! Thank you Mike for your support and time! Not only did he fix the GLS problem, he did it at a price that was easy to afford. Go see Mike and his team at Silver Star!

ak somewhere and they were going to charge a $200 diagnostic fee to find it. I took it to Dwains and they did a better job and found the leak was from the CV axle. They were professional, honest, and efficient. Thank you guys!
