riendly, informative and will go out of their way to help you. Bob (the owner) has been such a blessing to work with. The first day I met him, he did not only what I wanted to get done but also pointed out things with my car that I had no idea needed to get replaced.

My car was sputtering and could barely make it up hils on way home from work one day. I called the o
ffice after hours hoping I could bring the car the next day, and they diagnosed the issue immediately without even looking at it. Once they did look at it, the diagnosis was correct, it was misfiring due to an ignition coil that needed replacing. I trust all my car services at Ray's Auto Service--not only for issues but regular maintenance as well!

I’ve been going to JT Auto since they opened on route 37 in Braintree. I have trusted them with multi
ple vehicles over the years and they have always provided stellar service. Professional knowledgeable and very friendly. Everyone here is top notch. I just had service and it is a warranty issue so I called the dealership. They asked who serviced the car and when I told them it was JT Auto they had nothing but praise for JT Auto as well!

Got a flat on a relatively new tire thanks to a large metal hook in the road. Ashland Service Center
was able to plug & patch the tire in an hour and I was very quickly mobile again. Total cost to me: $50.
What I like best about Ashland Service Center was they didn’t try to “oversell” me on unnecessary services and repairs. They didn’t try to oversell me on a new tire, 4 wheel alignment and balance, oil & lube and new GPS motherboard. Again, the whole ordeal cost me $50.
Oh and I found out my old mechanic moonlights at Ashland Service Center. Very small automotive repair community out here in Metrowest Massachusetts.
