From the first time I called and spoke with Mrs. Lilian until the service on my vehicle was completed
, the Williamsons were extremely Professional and Courteous. I normally don't care to sit in waiting areas of mechanic shops and wait for my vehicle, do to the nastiness of how some mechanics keep their waiting area. However, I love the fact that the Williamson's waiting area was nice, neat and CLEAN. There was no chaos in the shop, only peace. Even in speaking with their customers whom I didn't know, were just as nice. Mr. Williamson explained in detail the process and services that he was providing to my vehicle. Even though I didn't understand most it LOL, I trusted the fact that he knew exactly what he was doing. I was referred to the Williamson's Auto Repair Shop by an acquaintance (Melva). This was my first visit, but it won't be my last. Needless to say, I'm planning on scheduling another appointment to take my vehicle back for additional services... I've enjoyed the Williamson's service to the utmost, and will refer others to the Williamson's Auto Repair Shop!

l as the pride in their work. Past-Major damage with a deer accident around the holidays and they handled all exceptionally well! TODAY-A weird, seemingly minor but complicated issue with a door lock/stuck/unuseable so I dropped by to get just get an opinion near the end of the day for potential future work since I was headed out-of-town tomorrow. They offered to pull it in the shop and they proceeded to investigate then found a creative way to repair it like NEW. Wow! And NO charge for removing the door panel and fixing the locking apparatus. Certainly my go to first choice for high quality service at a good price.

I had a code showing. Upon investigation, it was a serious issue but the part wasn't available anymore. They found a used seat to take the part from. I also appreciate their partnership with rental companies because it sure makes having your car in the shop easier
