I was in an accident and my car was not drivable. It was towed to Old Dominion.
The entire staff was incredibly supportive. They were friendly, honest and informative. They were a
lso compassionate and helpful as I sorted through my options. They gave me useful information to help me decide whether it made sense to repair the car. Ultimately insurance declared it “totaled” and I decided not to repair it. Even though Old Dominion didn’t get a repair job, the staff remained supportive of my choice and helpful in reviewing my plans for getting another car. They even gave me a “good-bye” bag and a red rose. I was overwhelmed and so grateful. I would certainly choose Old Dominion again ( but I hope I never have another auto accident.)
