I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson XRT at Serra Hyundai! I am very pleased with my new Tucson
and absolutely love it! Michael Cofield assisted me with the purchase and was absolutely amazing! Several years ago, Michael helped me with my first purchase at Serra Hyundai. I was so pleased with the level of customer service provided by Michael that I'm a repeat customer of his and have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from him. I suffer from anxiety issues and in the past purchasing a new vehicle had always been a very stressful and unpleasant experience. After Michael assisted me with my first purchase, he has always made this a satisfying experience! I have purchased many vehicles over the years from multiple car dealers in the Greater Birmingham Area, but had never had a salesperson as friendly, professional, trustworthy, honest, and knowledgeable as Michael. Michael even keeps in touch periodically which is a rare characteristic. I consider him to be the best of the best and decided after that first purchase that I will only deal with him.
