after research i found they have to disconnect
controls in steering column and that is why
we lose the settings,
if you have any problems getting them reset

"Very Professional"
Service department is always friendly and work is done in a timely manner. Have no problem with them what so ever. I'm just not happy with my Santa Fe and the warning signal that comes with it. It just love that it goes off without the blinker being on and even after being check still does. Hopefully the next time I go they have something to fix it.
