I absolutely LOVE my vehicle and have had no trouble so far. I do plan to trade for another Hyundia within the next 18-24 months before I retire. Just wish maintenance service was not sooooo expensive.

love the turbo ....dealership wants to charge high prices for $36 air filters $36 cabin filters..then deny free oil changes....come on man that's your reputation everyone knows it...be more reasonable fair then id be more apt to get service... its trust... I want to know I'm not getting ripped off air filters are half that at retail store and its pretty easy to do bro. That's all dealerships thou like some sort of collusion or price fixing.

Saturday Service
We normally bring our car in during the week but had to schedule the oil change for a Saturday. We ended up waiting two hours for the oil to be changed. Very disappointed with the wait time considering we had made an advanced appointment.

Overpriced. Basic quality service.
Repair prices are ridiculously overpriced. Repair for simple issues are costly. Cost to complete diagnostic testing is $140 per issue. Thats crazy! It leaves no option but to choose which issue is more important although your entire car is important to you.

Not what was Expected.
I don't agree to pay taxes on a FREE oil change and FREE wiper blades. And you shouldn't be forced to pay the tax if you do not want additional maintenance.

Getting your car serviced should not feel like Buying a new car. It’s all about how much Jim Burke car dealership can make. I can’t brliebe the tactics used just to get a damn oil change.

The service on my Ioniq was great, the facilities were clean and comfortable, except for one unmarked step-down hazard, but the communication from the service rep to me when the service took much longer than expected was unacceptable.
