This is my third experience with LaPointe and I continue to be impressed.
Each visit I had specific
work to be done and each visit resulted in being told that part of the service was not needed. Rather than take the opportunity to charge for unnecessary work, they declined to do so.
Beyond this, they are extremely accommodating of personal situations, taking care that they worked with me to make my experience as smooth as possible and putting up with numerous phone calls.
Further, everyone is personable and friendly.
