My car had turned off and key was stuck in the ignition. Was told that my battery was dead a needed
a new one. Bought a battery, then found out the cable to my battery was no good and the battery couldn't be installed. Called Mr fix it, He sent a guy to jump my car (I was only a few blocks away). The guy literally came in like two minutes! Although they were very busy, they managed to squeeze me in, looked at my car, fixed the cable, and got me back on the road the same day all for a very respectable price. I was blown away by the customer service. They even offered me donuts lol Bonus: I found out I didn't need a new battery and took it back and got my money back! Highly recommend this place. Thx Mr Smith, the nice lady there and Donald for the help!

Front desk person . ( Ray ) this was my first experience with Ray . I had enjoyed the business relationship with the previous coordinator that moved on . I quickly was impressed with the knowledge and care from Ray . The mechanic team quickly diagnosed the Honda Odyssey Engine challenge and suggested The repair and further safety protocols for our brakes . I was very pleased with the results. I also had a cosmetic issue with the needed door arm supports removed so I could take elsewhere for a Leather repair .They insisted I come back to put the door panel back on at no further cost .Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicles there .You won’t go wrong .. Fireman Joe and Family. I bypass many mechanics and a Honda dealer to use the Master tech business.

I noticed a small coolant leak near my coolant reservoir. As I was planning to take my car on a trip,
this was concerning. I called J & P Pro auto service at the end of their work day and they were able to schedule an early appointment for me to get my car checked. Jake found and repaired the leak in good time and we were on our way, with no worries of leaking coolant. The peace of mind provided by J&R is superb. I highly recommend this shop if you need a mechanic. There is plenty to do nearby: walking, shopping, dining, etc., while you wait; or you could wait in the waiting room at the shop. There is the Tom Dudek Memorial Park 14 minutes away that has a dog park according to Google maps.
