to notice them working in the shop on a Saturday afternoon, just after my car started acting crazy. When I drove up to see if they could help, I noticed that the sign on the door said "Saturday: appointments only." I started to walk back to my car when the manager stopped me and offered to take a look at my car. He was very friendly and helpful, diagnosed the problem right away, and had it fixed for me within an hour for just over $120 (not including the standard fee for use of the diagnostic machine, which he cut in HALF from $65 to $37.59). I will be recommending Import Car Doctors to friends and family without a doubt.

th my car. I showed it to Pat knapp the general manager, and either one of us could explain it. Pat , talked to his manager and decided they would repair it at no cost to me.. vice provided by the specialists there at the shoo was very helpful and they answered my questions and worked with me to find a solution to my vehicle issues. The office staff went above and beyond my expectations to assist me and get me back home after dropping off my vehicle. Came in today because my brakes was making noises met the mechanic name Wilson there that was very he
lpful. They looked at the car right away and even showed me what and why I was hearing noises. Was very happy that they was able to fix my car in a timely manner and got my car back the same DAY!!! Thank You guys at Norbeck Exxon!!!
