Chris Beltran was the sales guy I worked with on my GV70. I really appreciated his working knowledge
of the GV70. My last 'new' car was a 2010 Sequioa and the technology in the Genesis is years ahead of what I'm accustomed with. Chris has been helpful in sending links to the Genesis YouTube series which is another great resource. There was never any pressure when i was at the dealership, just information and assistance. They also had the lowest markup in the area, i.e. taxes and reasonable fees. I had been talking w/dealers from Towson, MD to Petersburg, VA and markups ran from 2 to 8k on the GV70 after taxes.

There are no words that could express not only my disbelief but my total disappointment in this estab
lishment. DO NOT EVER bring your vehicle to this place. After wanting to charge me $3500 for a a/c hose replacement, I told them I didn't want them to perform the service and would be picking my car up. The service writer told there would be a $169 service charge. When I got to the dealership the service writer was not there, no ticket was available, and no one else could release my car. I asked to dpeak with the manager, and was told the manager had quit and they had no manager at this time. After an hour wait, and unmet request, the service writer returned, and said, "I should have told him what time I was coming". Then presented me with a $334 bill, of which $80 was a security fee for protecting your information. Of course with no manager, who do you go to? I'm taking this issue up with corporate.
