at nobody checked the oil level and so I drove the car off the lot with no oil which could’ve caused an explosion of the engine and damage the car forever so I think it’s very important that there be some kind of acknowledgment to the customer of the potential problems the vehicle may have and that way you can receive more services. For instance you could’ve asked do I like it oil change because then I could’ve said yes I would like an oil change and then that would’ve solve my problems of driving away with no oil in the car Which certainly wasn’t a good idea so thank you very much otherwise for the service and please call me as soon as possible about when I can bring my car in to get it fixed because I bought the oxygen sensors on September 27 and now it’s October 3 and nobody’s called me to get it fixed and so I may just take them back on October 4 and maybe take some time to buy them again once you guys are actually going to call me to get it fixed.
