Watched an employee patiently help another customer who had a portable gas can that wouldn't open, he took his time and told me he was sorry he was taking so long but he would help me as soon as he finished. Family owned with that touch of pride in their work that you just don't see everywhere anymore.

They disclosed the that transmission didn’t sound good to them even though I didn’t notice anything and overall I liked the car. They said that they will replace it and they did. Very rare to find people like that
