I've been taking my vehicles to Royal for years. They believe in doing the work right and standing by
it. Their rates are reasonable, and they don't oversell services that aren't needed. I won't go anywhere else!

When I call, I feel my service is personalized. I feel the work Neil does on my car is the same quali
ty he would do on his wife’s car or his kids!
Neil is by far one of the best mechanics I’ve encountered since I started driving at 16- I’m 50 now and For the past 10 years I feel Neil at east bay offers the best my money can buy, I am never oversold, Neil charges a fair wage for the service he provides! And I feel like I’m treated like a valued customer and a freind.
Neil thank you for your last min service, for your time, for your conversation, for your teaching! Thank you for keeping me Nd my family safe on the road! You have been a blessing in my life in more ways then you will ever know!
Many thanks and my heartfelt appreciation to you and all your employees!
As a mechanic 5 starts aren’t enough You deserve the galaxy!

I spent over 30 years in the auto business - not as a mechanic, but as a wholesaler and dealership ge
neral manager. I was in charge of service departments and hired and fired mechanics. I know what to look for and Matt at Foster’s is the best!
I don’t often recommend businesses because it can bite me in the rear, but I will recommend Foster’s. Besides Matt, Todd and the rest are top-notch.
I won’t list all the reasons for my praise, but a few are; current on mechanical issues, honest, explains everything, and a lot more.
Since I just moved up here, I am glad I found them.
