Thankful and Waiting
My car has gotten significantly worse since my first review. My 2016 Hyundai Elantra stalls, with no warning, while driving at about 40mph.

My Elantra is back at Atlantic Hyundai.
I am eagerly waiting for a diagnosis, a rental and a fix to my vehicle’s problems.

I was asked to update my review due to receiving help from Atlantic Hyundai’s own, Erika Hernandez. I appreciate the sense of urgency and attention that Ms. Hernandez has given thus far. I am thankful for her help.

My car is unpredictable and dangerous. I want to feel safe driving once again. Hopefully I will have a full resolution soon.

I hope I have the opportunity to update my review again once the problems with my vehicle are completely resolved.

What good is a powertrain warranty?
This is the third vehicle I’ve gotten from Atlantic Hyundai. My 2016 Hyundai has a dangerous, intermittent problem where it spontaneously stalls or refuses to excel.
Hyundai service center had my car for a week and a half, changed my oil pump and the problem is still happening.
Several dealers from Atlantic Hyundai tried to get me into a new lease. After they appraised my car I continuously asked “how much will I be given for my car?” and my question was never answered. I was told my car was not worth much because of the problems it was having.
What good is a powertrain warranty when a new lease is the only answer to a malfunction is a new lease?
