Pretty helpful managers, nice support during deal, comfortable office and no pressure at all. 4/5 just for not clear ETA for car, but it's could be understandable since manufacturing delay.

Not happy my new 2022 santa cruz has scratches on interior and broken clip or lose on front bumper. I would say have new car washed before showing it. Waited over 3 months for it. Make sure to show specific features for each model online is misleading on options for each one
