Quoted 1000$ for windshield wiper motor…
I was quoted 1000$ for a windshield wiper faulty motor replacement. he told me the part was going to be 635… I told the manager that’s ridiculous. He said the cost of everything has gone up. I called Volkswagen dealership in canton, i gave them my vin number and they had a windshield wiper motor for 297$I called him back to tell him the price I got, and he said they were giving me a rebuilt one, that’s why it was so cheap. Which was not true at all. I bought the part and easily installed it myself through YouTube videos. I was a loyal customer but I’m done with Midas. Ridiculous.

Jon it was apleasure talking to you about this issue.
You were right the part price quoting was wrong our IT TEAM  fixed it yesterday.
So sorry to cause you stress.
